I purchased a used dell desktop for a excellent price for my dad. I brought in another one I received from ebay not working and he quickly analyzed it and quoted me a price that it wouldn't be worth for fixing it. That allowed me to return the other one and get the dell that works great for my dad. Kevin was very helpful and honest . I would definitely use his computer service again.

Quick, efficient, fair, love the fact that 'I know a guy' that I can trust.

Computer Services, I have try the other guys, no comments? As for Kinetic Computer, I would give them a 5 star rating, and more, great people, if I need their services again, I would go again.

I have been a Kinetic Computer customer for many years and referred several friends to them. I just purchased a laptop for my grandson, a laptop for my wife and a desktop for myself for Christmas. The appointee making service was very easy and they were able to see me the next day. I felt I received caring and knowledgeable helpful in finding out what wrong with my old computer. Then with the order of my a new computer from Kinetic Computer. The advice was knowledge and helped me design the perfect computer for me. Even offered helpful tips and offered to change a part to make it little less expensive. Just very professional and caring attitude to make sure I got what i wanted at a price , I could afford. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning, for my new computer to be available for pickup.

I really like the make your appointment using the computer and getting a confirmation text message on your phone, especially the first time; as it gave helpful directions! I like the one-on-one service and don't feel rushed during the appointment. Kevin is knowledgeable and very helpful! The only thing I don't care so much about is the parking and long hill driveway...but it works!
